At McKellip Sod Farm, we proudly raise premium Kentucky Bluegrass in some of the Northwest’s most fertile soil.
Our seed mixture combines four types of Kentucky Bluegrass and three types of rye providing a deep green, soft grass perfect for most all Southwest Idaho area applications beginning in the early spring clear through late fall.
Our seven-seed blend is designed for specific growing conditions to ensure healthy and long-lasting grass for your yard, business, school or church.

Delivery is available for an additional charge. Delivery prices are $125 for the first 5 miles and go up based on mileage beyond that. We use a combination of our own trucks and 3rd party delivery services based on order size and distance. When you call to get a quote or place an order our team will be able to quote you on your delivery meth and price.
